Grove 45 is proud to collaborate with The Atlas, Calistoga’s premier boutique lodging destination just blocks from downtown, to introduce an elevated private dining experience that captures the true essence of Napa Valley hospitality. Together with acclaimed local chef Paul Fields of Fields of Grace Farms, this partnership brings together thoughtful cuisine, artisan olive oil, and an intimate sense of place - available to guests year-round.

Chef Fields thoughtfully curates each menu with Napa Valley–inspired elegance, showcasing Grove 45’s estate-produced Extra Virgin Olive Oils alongside select international oils from our curated growers. Each dish is designed to highlight flavor, craftsmanship, and seasonality, creating a chef-led dining experience that feels both refined and warmly personal-ideal for intimate celebrations, discerning travelers, and elevated group stays.

Guests are also invited to extend their culinary journey with a visit to our tasting salon, located just minutes from The Atlas. There, guided olive oil tastings offer an immersive look into our groves, our process, and the flavors that define our oils. As part of this collaboration, Grove 45 is delighted to extend exclusive guest privileges, including:
